Diagnostic Procedure

Check for open "N" range indicator light bulb. Check for damaged PNP switch harness connector, PCM harness connector, instrument cluster connectors, and in-line harness connector between "N" range indicator light and junction connector located behind center console, under instrument panel. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Repair as necessary. If no problem is found, replace PCM. See appropriate REMOVAL, OVERHAUL & INSTALLATION article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE.
