Powertrain Control Module

The PCM receives information from various input devices and uses this information to control shift control solenoids on transaxle valve body for shifting and Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) solenoid for torque converter lock-up. The PCM contains a self-diagnostic system, which will store DTCs if failures or problems exist in electronic control system. DTCs can be retrieved to determine problem area.
