Park/Neutral Position Switch

Disconnect Park/Neutral Position (PNP) switch harness connector. See Figure . Check for continuity between PNP switch terminals in specified gear range. See PNP SWITCH CONTINUITY SPECIFICATIONS  table. Continuity should be less than 2 ohms between specified terminals. Replace PNP switch if continuity is not as specified. See PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
