Removal & Installation: Thermostat: Removal

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove upper intake manifold. See INTAKE MANIFOLD .
  2. Drain cooling system.
  3. Remove upper radiator hose from outlet connector.
  4. Remove coolant recovery system hose from outlet connector.
  5. Remove thermostat/coolant outlet connector bolts.
  6. Remove thermostat assembly.
