Installation (Caravan, PT Cruiser & Voyager - Upper Manifold)

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Clean mating surfaces. Install NEW upper intake manifold gasket. Center outboard bolt is double sided. Tighten upper intake manifold fasteners starting at center and progressing outward in both directions. Repeat this procedure several times until all fasteners are at specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Seal dipstick tube to cylinder block using MOPAR® Stud N' Bearing Mount Adhesive. Ensure manifold spacer is in place when installing 2 top bolts at intake manifold-to-rear support bracket. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
