Operation - Abs Plus

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Dodge Stratus and 2005 Chrysler Sebring. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

When the brake pedal is depressed far enough to actuate the brake lamp switch, the ABM monitors and compares the speeds of the front (driving) wheels. It senses vehicle speed, brake application, and detects vehicle cornering and applies the brakes selectively to stabilize the vehicle.
