Removal - 4 Cylinder

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the air cleaner box.
Remove the EGR tube clamp bolt at intake manifold.

Slide clamp out of the intake manifold slot. See Fig 1.
Remove the 2 bolts from EGR valve.
Remove the tube and gasket. See Fig 2.

Remove the rubber silicone seal from the intake manifold and inspect. See Fig 3. Replace seal if damaged.
