EVAP/Purge Solenoid: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the air cleaner box.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  4. Disconnect the vacuum hoses.
  5. Remove purge solenoid from the bracket. See Fig 1.
