Shift Boot: Removal

- Remove the shifter nob set screw and pull knob off of the shifter. See Fig 1.
NOTE:
Do not use a trim stick or tool to remove transmission range indicator.
- Remove transmission range indicator bezel by squeezing the sides slightly and lifting up until the locking tabs are free of the floor console. Refer to Fig 1 for pressure points.
- Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped, and remove the shift boot. See Fig 2.
