Rear Floor Heat Ducts: Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the driver and passenger seats (Refer to BODY/SEATS/SEAT - REMOVAL) .
- Remove the floor console (Refer to BODY/INTERIOR/FLOOR CONSOLE - REMOVAL) .
- Pull the carpet back to gain access to the left and right side rear floor heat ducts. See Fig 1.
- Remove the push-pin that secures the left and right side rear floor heat ducts to the center console floor bracket.
- Disconnect the left and right side rear floor heat ducts from the rear floor distribution duct and remove them from the vehicle.
- If required, remove the rear floor distribution duct from the bottom of the HVAC housing.
