Removal - Intake Manifold Lower

- Release fuel system pressure. (Refer to FUEL SYSTEM - EXCEPT COUPE )
- Remove upper intake manifold. (Refer to ENGINE/MANIFOLDS/INTAKE MANIFOLD - REMOVAL)
- Disconnect electrical connectors from the fuel injectors.
- Remove fuel supply hose from fuel rail. (Refer to FUEL SYSTEM - EXCEPT COUPE )
- Remove screw attaching fuel rail support bracket to the throttle body support bracket.
- Remove bolts attaching fuel rail.
- Remove fuel rail and injectors as an assembly.
- Remove manifold attaching bolts. See Figure.
- Remove lower manifold.
- Inspect manifold. (Refer to ENGINE/MANIFOLDS/INTAKE MANIFOLD - INSPECTION)
