Camshaft Oil Seal(S): Removal

- Remove timing belt (Refer to ENGINE/VALVE TIMING/TIMING BELT AND SPROCKETS - REMOVAL) .
- Hold each camshaft sprocket with Special Tool 6847 while removing center bolt. See Fig 1.
- Remove camshaft sprockets.
- Remove rear timing belt cover (Refer to ENGINE/VALVE TIMING/TIMING BELT COVER(S) - REMOVAL).
- Remove camshaft seal using Special Tool C-4679A. See Fig 2.

CAUTION:
Do not nick shaft seal surface or seal bore.
