Affix double-sided tape to the clips.

ADHESIVE TAPE: DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE 3M(tm) AAD PART NO. 4765 OR EQUIVALENT [28 mm (1.1 inch) WIDE AND 6 mm (0.2 inch) THICK]
