Wiper Motor at Stop Position Operation

  1. Connect the wiper motor connector to the battery as shown by (A) in the illustration.
  2. Run the windshield wiper motor at low speed. When the connector is disconnected from the battery while the motor is running, the motor should stop.
  3. Connect the terminals of the windshield wiper motor connectors as shown by (B) in the illustration.
  4. Check to see that the windshield wiper motor runs at low speed and then stops at the automatic stop position.
