Seat Cushion

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable. Disconnect the green 4-way heated seat wire harness connector. Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between pins A and B of the seat cushion wire harness connector. See Fig 1. There should be continuity. If OK, test the seat back element as described below. If not OK, check the green 2-way seat cushion connector. If OK, replace the faulty seat cushion cover and element assembly.
