Engine Cooling System - Except Coupe: Radiator: Installation

  1. Slide radiator into position and seat the radiator assembly lower rubber isolators in the mount holes.
  2. Attach air conditioning condenser to radiator. Tighten mounting screws to 5 N.m (45 in. lbs.).
  3. Install air conditioning line support bracket and attaching screw to right side of radiator. Tighten screw to 5 N.m (45 in. lbs.).
  4. Install transmission oil cooler tube support bracket and attaching screw to left side of radiator. Tighten mounting screw to 5 N.m (45 in. lbs.).
  5. Connect hoses to radiator.
  6. Install radiator fan.
  7. Connect radiator fan electrical connector.
  8. Install upper radiator crossmember.
  9. Connect negative cable to auxiliary jumper terminal.
  10. Fill cooling system (Refer to COOLING SYSTEM - FILLING ).
