Front Hub Assembly & Bearing: Installation

  1. Thoroughly clean all hub and bearing assembly mounting surfaces on steering knuckle. Install the replacement hub and bearing assembly in the steering knuckle. Align the bolt boles in the bearing flange with the holes in the steering knuckle.
  2. Install the 3 mounting bolts and tighten evenly to ensure the bearing is square and face to face of the steering knuckle. See Figure . Tighten the 3 mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Install steering knuckle. See STEERING KNUCKLE  .
