Description & Operation
Windshield wiper/washer system has normal wipe (low and high speeds), intermittent wipe, wiper after wash and mist wipe functions. Wiper functions are selected using multifunction switch, which is located on a stalk mounted on steering column.
Intermittent functions of wiper/washer system are controlled by Body Control Module (BCM). BCM is located on junction block. Junction block is located under left side of instrument panel. See Fig 1 . Wiper/washer system uses intermittent and high/low wiper relays located in Power Distribution Center (PDC). See Fig 2 . PDC is located next to air cleaner cover and Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Sebring Convertible models are equipped with a low washer fluid indicator located on instrument cluster.
