DTC P0403: EGR Solenoid Circuit (4-Cylinder): Description

Circuit is monitored with engine running and battery voltage more than 10 volts. DTC will set when EGR solenoid control circuit is not in the expected state when requested to operate by PCM. Possible causes are: defective EGR solenoid, Automatic Shutdown (ASD) relay output circuit open, EGR solenoid control circuit open or shorted, or defective PCM.
