Glass Panel

NOTE: Ensure roof glass is parallel with roof opening, with slight weather strip compression around edges. Front edge of glass panel should be flush to .039" (1 mm) lower than front roof panel. Rear edge of glass panel should be flush to .039" (1 mm) higher than rear roof panel.

Close sun roof. Loosen forward screws on glass panel mounting bracket. Adjust front edge of sun roof to .039" (1 mm) lower than surface of roof. Tighten screws. Loosen rear screws on glass panel mounting bracket. Adjust rear edge of sun roof to .039" (1 mm) higher than surface of roof. Tighten screws. Open and close sun roof. Check adjustment and readjust if necessary.
