Horn Sounds Intermittently When Steering Wheel Is Turned

Check horn relay control circuit for short to ground in steering column. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Check for pinched horn switch wire under driver's air bag module. Check horn switch. See HORN SWITCH  under COMPONENT TESTS.
