Garage Door Opener & Decklid Release Malfunction (Sebring Convertible)

Disconnect Body Control Module (BCM) 20-pin connector C5 located at junction block. See Figure. Using DVOM, measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 14 (Gray wire) on BCM 20-pin connector C5. See CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . If voltage is 6 volts or less, repair open in Gray wire. If voltage is greater than 6 volts, replace BCM. See BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM)  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
