Compass/Mini-Trip Computer (SEBRING Convertible)
NOTE:

Press and hold US/M and STEP buttons while turning ignition switch from OFF, to RUN position. This will cycle an electronic display segment check. All VF display segments will light. Upon completion of internal self-diagnostics, one of 3 messages will be displayed:
- PASS
Indicates CMTC is operating properly. - FAIL
Repeat test. If FAIL is displayed again, replace CMTC. See COMPASS/MINI-TRIP COMPUTER (SEBRING CONVERTIBLE) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. - CCd
Check for proper communication between Body Control Module (BCM) and CMTC. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM in BODY CONTROL MODULES - BREEZE, CIRRUS, SEBRING CONVERTIBLE & STRATUS article. If communication is okay between BCM and CMTC, replace CMTC. See COMPASS/MINI-TRIP COMPUTER (SEBRING CONVERTIBLE) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
If any segment is not lit during electronic display segment check, replace CMTC. See COMPASS/MINI-TRIP COMPUTER (SEBRING CONVERTIBLE) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
