Exhaust Manifold: Removal
- Raise vehicle. Disconnect exhaust pipe from rear manifold at flex joint (it may be necessary to remove entire exhaust system). Remove crossover pipe-to-manifold bolts, and remove crossover assembly. Remove heat shield from rear exhaust manifold.
- Remove power steering pump bracket. Remove nuts attaching rear manifold to cylinder head. Remove rear manifold. Lower vehicle. Remove screws attaching front heat shield to manifold. Remove nuts attaching front manifold to cylinder head. Remove front manifold.
