Caliper/Wheel Cylinder Bleed Screws
- Start engine. Press brake pedal several times until resistance is felt.
- Press and hold brake pedal. Connect piece of clear tubing between bleed screw and container of clean brake fluid. Loosen first bleed screw 1/3 to 1/2 turn, then close screw before fluid pressure is gone. See BRAKELINE BLEEDING SEQUENCE table. Release brake pedal.
- Repeat step 2) until air bubbles no longer appear in fluid. Close bleed screw. Repeat step 2) at left front, left rear and right front brake bleed screws, respectively.
