Removal & Installation (Fifth Avenue, Imperial & New Yorker)
- Remove screws retaining headlight and accessory switch module to instrument panel. Disconnect wiring connectors from switch. Depress button on bottom rear of headlight switch and pull knob/stem assembly from switch.
- Remove 4 screws retaining headlight switch/mounting plate to accessory module. Separate switch/mounting plate from plastic trim of accessory module. Remove switch nut, and separate mounting plate from headlight switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.
NOTE:
On LeBaron Convertible/Coupe, headlight switch is located on left side of switch pod. Headlight switch controls headlights, parking lights, foglights and instrument cluster dimming. If any switches are inoperative, entire headlight switch must be replaced.
