Fifth Avenue, Imperial & New Yorker
- Turn ignition on. Warning light should activate for 6-8 seconds. If light did not activate, check fuse No. 8. If fuse is good, remove instrument cluster and check for defective bulb. Refer to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER R & I under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
- Replace bulb, reconnect cluster, and retest. If bulb is okay, check for ignition voltage at cluster Red connector terminal No. 11. If voltage exists, replace instrument cluster. If voltage does not exist, repair wiring as required.
