Except LeBaron Sedan

  1. If instrument cluster asterisk (*) is flashing, check for CCD serial data bus line problem. See appropriate TESTS W/CODES - BODY CONTROL COMPUTER article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE.
  2. If asterisk is not flashing, perform self-diagnostics. See SELF-DIAGNOSTICS. If Code 921 exists on odometer display, replace body control computer. Body control computer is located behind right kick panel.
