Engine Indicators: Notes
NOTE:
On turbo models, CHECK ENGINE light may activate during full acceleration to indicate excessive boost pressure or engine speed. Reduction in acceleration will deactivate light.
Engine oil pressure, coolant temperature and system voltage are monitored by gauges and indicator lights. See Figure and Figure . If CHECK ENGINE warning light activates, an engine problem exists. Vehicle should be checked prior to prolonged driving.
