Temperature Gauge Circuit Test
- Remove combination fuel/temperature gauge assembly from instrument cluster.
- Check for continuity in wire between temperature sender and temperature sender input pin. See Figure . Repair wiring if continuity does not exist.
- With ignition on, check for battery voltage at temperature gauge (B+) pin and temperature gauge ground pin. See Figure . If no voltage exists, check wiring for damage and power supply for temperature gauge (B+) pin.
