Front Cover Oil Seal: Installation

Clean front oil seal bore on timing chain cover. Clean seal contacting surface of crankshaft pulley. Press front cover oil seal flush to bore of timing chain cover. Lubricate crankshaft sealing surface. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
