Removal (All Others)
- Remove complete air cleaner assembly and all air and heater ducting. Remove heat shields where applicable. Remove air pipe assembly and reed valve bracket. Remove exhaust manifold cover and oxygen sensor from exhaust manifold.
- Disconnect ground cable (if equipped). Remove front exhaust pipe flange nuts attaching exhaust pipe to manifold. Remove and support front exhaust pipe assembly out of the way of exhaust manifold. Remove exhaust manifold. Discard old exhaust manifold gasket.
