Reassembly & Installation

  1. Coat all components with oil. Install gears and ensure mating marks are aligned. Pour .33 ounce (10 cc) of engine oil into delivery port prior to installing pump. See Figure.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure using new gasket. Ensure Woodruff key on counterbalance shaft aligns with keyway of driven gear.
