Windshield Washer/Wiper Switch: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect electrical switch from both washer/wiper switch and turn signal switch. Remove lower column cover. With fingers only, carefully lift out horn button.
  2. Remove washer/wiper switch hider disc. Rotate ignition key to "OFF" position and turn steering wheel so that access hole in hub area is at 9 o'clock position.
  3. Using a flat blade screwdriver, loosen turn signal lever screw through this access hole. Disengage dimmer push rod from washer/wiper switch. Unsnap wiring clip and remove switch.
