"Please Fasten Your Seat Belts" Circuit
- Start engine. Close driver's door, place transmission in Drive, DO NOT fasten seat belt. Release parking brake and move vehicle forward several feet. "Please fasten your seat belts" message should be heard.
- Fasten seat belt. "Thank you" message should be heard. If no response is heard, test engine vacuum switch and wiring. Test seat belt switch and wiring. Test speed sensor and wiring. Test back-up light switch and wiring. If all circuits are okay, replace voice alert module.
