Instrument Panel - Standard: Description: Notes

The conventional instrument cluster incorporates magnetic-type gauges and tachometer. With ignition off, all gauges (and tachometer) will show a "false" reading. Readings are only accurate when ignition is on.

The rallye instrument cluster used in some models, includes a fuel gauge and tachometer assembly, speedometer, and a temperature gauge/voltmeter/oil gauge assembly.

All RWD models use a voltage limiter. The temperature and fuel gauges operate on 5 volts, as supplied by voltage limiter. The Daytona, Lancer, Laser and LeBaron GTS use a gauge alert module. This module emits a warning signal during high temperature or low voltage conditions.
