An electronic monitor system produces up to 24 different audible and visual warnings (depending on vehicle equipment).

This monitor system includes an electronic monitor module, electronic voice alert module, and sensors which supply signals to monitor module.

The electronic monitor module scans sensor inputs for warning conditions. When a warning condition is sensed, module will display warning condition and send an audible signal (and tone) to voice alert module.

A warning signal from electronic monitor module causes electronic voice alert to generate a short tone and "speak" appropriate message. If more than one warning signal is sensed, messages will alternate.

If a warning condition (that is driver correctable) is corrected, a "thank you" message will be heard, indicating condition has been corrected.
