Fuel Flow Diagnostic Function

  1. If navigator functions "RANGE," "FUEL" or "ECON" are not normal, check navigator using fuel flow diagnostic function. Press "SPD" button. Within 5 seconds, simultaneously press "US/MET" and "RESET" buttons, then press "SET" button.
  2. Enter "123" into navigator. Display should read from 2 to 6 with engine idling, or from 12 to 16 with logic module in its diagnostic mode. If fuel flow function is okay, check module. If module is okay, replace navigator.
  3. If fuel flow function indicates a failure, check fuel flow system. If fuel flow system is okay, check logic module. If module is okay, replace navigator. To deactivate diagnostic function, press "SET" button and then another function button.
