Removal Procedure

  1. Open the liftgate.

    Liftgate Lower Trim Finish Panel Bolt (1) - Remove

  3. With a flat bladed plastic trim tool, remove the liftgate trim finish panel pull cup (2).

    Release the retainers with a suitable plastic trim tool.

  5. Liftgate Upper Center Trim Finish Panel (1) - Remove

    Release the retainers with a suitable plastic trim tool.

  7. Liftgate Upper Side Trim Finish Panel-Both Sides (1) - Remove [2x]

    Release the retainers with a suitable plastic trim tool.

  9. Liftgate Lower Trim Finish Panel (1) - Remove
  10. {If equipped} Disconnect the electrical connector.

    Disconnect all the connectors of the liftgate wiring harness.

  12. Liftgate Wiring Harness Extension Harness (1) - Remove
