Removal Procedure
Open and support the hood.
- Intake Air Duct Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
- Release the 2 retainer tabs (arrows) to remove the intake air duct.
Intake Air Duct (1) - Remove
- NOTE:

Windshield Wiper Arm - Left Side and Right Side (3) - Remove [2x]
- Using the appropriate trim tool, remove the windshield wiper arm finish cap (1) from the windshield wiper arm (3).
- Windshield Wiper Arm Nut - Left Side and Right Side (2) - Remove [2x]
- Use the BO-49385 Wiper Arm Puller to remove the wiper arm (3) from the wiper motor pivot shaft.

Front Fender Rear Air Inlet Seal - Left Side and Right Side (2) - Remove [2x]
- Front Fender Rear Air Inlet Seal Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
- Front Fender Rear Air Inlet Seal (2) - Remove [2x]

Air Inlet Grille Panel Extension - Left Side and Right Side (1) - Remove [2x]
- Apply two layers of masking tape around the top edge of the service part to prevent paint damage.
- Using a suitable plastic trim tool, carefully release the air inlet grille panel extension clips.
- Remove the air inlet grille panel extension (1) from the air inlet grille panel and upper front fender.
Air Inlet Grille Panel (2) - Remove
- Air Inlet Grille Panel Retainer (1) - Remove [8x]
- Disconnect the windshield washer nozzle hose from the windshield washer pump hose.
- Lift the front edge of the air inlet grille panel (2) and slide the panel forward from both hood hinges to remove.
Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Handle (1) @ Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (2) - Disconnect
Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Handle (1) @ Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Retainer (2) - Release
Remove the hood primary latch release cable handle grommet (1) from the dash panel.
Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Handle (1) @ Instrument Panel Knee Bolster - Remove
