Removal Procedure
- Rear Seat - Remove - Rear Seat Removal and Installation (Left Side)Rear Seat Removal and Installation (Captain)
Depress the Rear Seat Head Restraint Button Guide while lifting upward on the rear seat head restraint (2).
- Rear Seat Head Restraint (2) - Remove [2x]
Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, slide the tool along the outside of the rear seat head restraint guide (1) until it finds the slot. Push the plastic tab of the rear seat head restraint guide inward and pull upward to remove from the seat back frame.
- Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide (1) - Remove [4x]
Rear Seat Trim Panel Bolt (1) - Remove
- Rear Seat Back Latch Release Handle Bezel (2) - Remove
Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool to release the retaining tabs.
- Rear Seat Anchor Plate Bezel (1) - Remove [2x]
Reposition the rear seat belt retractor - center webbing.
- Rear Seat Belt Opening Bezel Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool.
- Rear Seat Belt Opening Bezel (2) - Remove
Release the 2 seat back cushion cover elastic straps and fold flap up to gain access to rear seat cushion cover retainers.
- Release seat cushion cover J-channel retainers as necessary.
- Rear Seat Center Belt Nut (1) - Remove
- Rear Seat Belt Buckle - Reposition
- Remove the rear seat center belt retractor anchor. (2)
- Disengage the J-channel retainers from the seat back cushion frame.
- Unzip the zippers.
- Rear Seat Back Cover and Pad Asm (1) - Remove
Rear Seat Riser Finish Cover Retainer (1) - Remove [5x]
- Rear Seat Frame Rear Finish Cover (2) - Remove
Remove the rear seat back cover (1) from the rear seat back pad (2).
