Removal Procedure

{If equipped} Rear Seat Trim Panel Bolt (1) @ 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover (2) - Remove [2x]
{If equipped} 3rd Row Seat Back Hinge Finish Cover (2) - Remove

Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool to release the retaining tabs.
3rd Row Seat Anchor Plate Bezel (1) - Remove [2x]

If equipped Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool to release the retaining tabs.
If equipped 3rd Row Seat Back Latch Bezel (1) - Remove

Disconnect the cable (2) from the recliner and reposition, if equipped.

Disengage the J-channel retainers from the seat back cushion frame.
Position the 3rd row seat back cover and 3rd row seat back pad (1).
Remove the 4 rear seat riser finish cover retainers (2).
3rd Row Seat Back Panel (3) - Remove
Unzip the zippers.
Reposition the seat back cover and pad.

Using a suitable pointed or flat bladed tool to release the 3rd Row Seat head restraint guide clips (1)
Disconnect the head restraint cable from the rear seat Ratio box lever.
Remove the retainer from the head restraint cable.

3rd Row Seat Head Restraint (3) - Remove

Release the retaining tabs.
3rd Row Seat Head Restraint Guide (1) - Remove
