Installation Procedure

    Transfer Case Vent Hose (1) - Install

  2. Install the retainers.

    Transfer Case Vent Hose (1) - Connect

  4. Raise the transmission and transfer case assembly into place.

    Transmission Support Crossmember (1) - Install

    Transmission Support Crossmember Bolt (3) - Install [4x]

    7. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  7. Transmission Support Crossmember Nut (2) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  8. Transmission Mount Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  9. Connect all harness retainers attached to the transmission support crossmember.
  10. Remove the transmission jack.
  11. {If equipped} Transfer Case Skid Shield (2) - Install - Transfer Case Skid Shield Replacement
  12. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
