Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  3. {If equipped} Transfer Case Skid Shield (2) - Remove - Transfer Case Skid Shield Replacement

    Transfer Case Oil Drain Plug (1) - Remove

  5. Drain the fluid from the transfer case.
