Ignition/Vehicle - Off
Verify a condition does not exist with the component: Turbocharger @ M103 Turbocharger Vane Position Actuator
- Mechanically stuck control rod. - Visible Damage/Incorrect connection
- Blade - Mechanically stuck /Binding or Sticking@Closed/Open
- Mechanically damaged - Debris/Visible Damage
  Refer to: Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger System Description
- If a condition exists
  Replace the component: Turbocharger
- Go to next step: If no conditions exist
All OK.
