Water-in-Fuel Draining

- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Place an approved fuel-resistant container under the fuel filter.
Open the fuel filter drain plug (1) to drain the water-contaminated fuel until only diesel fuel is visible.
- Tighten the fuel filter drain plug (1). Fastener Specifications
- Prime the fuel system. Fuel System Priming
- Remove the container.
