Installation Procedure

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Vent Hose (2) - Install

  2. Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
  3. Retainer (1) - Engage

    Emission Reduction Fluid Controller (2) - Install

    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Emission Reduction Fluid Controller Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  6. Connect the emission reduction fluid tank reservoir wire harness at controller.
  7. Support the emission reduction fluid tank with a suitable jack.

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank (1) - Install

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Protector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Protector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

  12. Remove the suitable jack.

    Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Hose (1) - Connect [2x] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Shield (2) - Install

  16. Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Protector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe (2) - Install

  18. Retainer (3) - Install
  19. Emission Reduction Fluid Exhaust Front Pipe Injector Supply Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
  20. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Protector (2) - Install

  22. Retainer (1) - Install

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Heat Shield (1) - Install

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Heat Shield Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

    Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Heat Shield Retainer (1) - Install [4x]

  26. Lower the vehicle.
  27. Prime the system. Emission Reduction Fluid Pump Priming
  28. Refill the emission reduction fluid tank.
  29. Perform the nitrogen oxide catalytic converter reductant loading reset. Nitrogen Oxides Catalytic Converter Reductant Loading Reset
  30. Perform the reductant fluid tank level reset. Reductant Fluid Tank Level Reset
