Removal Procedure
Reposition the rear seats as necessary.
- Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the two rear seat anchor plate bezel plastic retainers.
- Rear Seat Anchor Plate Bezel (1) - Remove
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Disengage the J-channel retainers from the seat back cushion frame.
- Unzip the left and right rear seat back cover zippers.
- Reposition the rear seat back cover, pad, and retainers as necessary.
- Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, open the rear seat head restraint cable cover (1).
- Release the rear seat head restraint cable (2).
Raise the rear seat head restraint to gain access to the rear seat head restraint guide bezels.
- Twist the rear seat head restraint guide bezels (1) counter clockwise while lifting the bezels upward onto the head restraint adjuster rod.
- Using a suitable pointed or flat bladed tool, push the rear seat head restraint guide clip (2) rearward while pulling upward on the rear seat head restraint (3).
- Rear Seat Head Restraint (3) - Remove
Remove the rear seat back cover and pad (1) as an assembly.
