Removal Procedure

    Front Bumper Fascia (2) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Front Fascia Extension) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Front Fascia Extension)

    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Remove the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1).

    Remove the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1).

    NOTE:

    Release the front headlamp guide pins from the front bumper fascia guides (1).

  5. Remove the right and left side headlamps (2).
  6. Release the wiring harness retaining tabs.
  7. Disconnect all electrical connectors.

    Loosen the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nuts (1).

  9. Remove the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolts (2).

    Pull the front bumper fascia upper stiffener (1) up and out over the stud.

    Remove the left and right side outer front bumper shutter retainers (1).

  12. Disconnect the electrical connector and reposition wiring harness.

    Front Bumper Shutter Retainer (1) - Remove [3x]

    Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) - Remove [9x]

  15. Front Bumper Shutter (2) - Remove

    {If equipped} Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]

    17. NOTE:

    Forward range radar sensor will be with the bracket.

  17. {If equipped} Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) - Remove
  18. {If equipped} Disconnect the electrical connector.

    Reposition the wiring harness.

  20. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Remove [6x]
  21. Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Remove

    Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Remove [2x]

  23. Radiator Air Baffle Bracket Upper Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
  24. Radiator Air Baffle Bracket Lower Bolt (3) - Remove [2x]

    Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (4) - Remove [4x]

  26. Reposition the radiator air front lower baffle assembly (1) forward.
  27. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Remove [2x]
  28. Electrical Connector (3) - Disconnect
  29. Remove the radiator air front lower baffle assembly (1).

    Front Bumper Lower Shutter Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

  31. Remove the front bumper lower shutter (2) from the radiator air front lower baffle.
