Ambient Air Temperature = Warmer than -9°C (15.8°F)
Engine Coolant Temperature = 30 to 150°C (86 to 302°F)
Ignition Key = Off
Ignition and Start Signal = Greater than 5 V
Intake Air Flow Control Valve Command = Learning - Complete

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
